Psychology Evaluations for Civil, Criminal and Immigration
Expert psychological evaluation and testimony helps judges and juries to see the full range of psychological issues in the case and the impact of injuries suffered by individuals. Each case involves close analysis of the particular psychological diagnosis of the injured party.
At CFCPI we conduct psychological evaluations for Immigration, Civil and Criminal issues. Our psychological evaluations help to determine possible psychological conditions, impairments, challenges and disabilities that include consideration of the possibility of malingering, and how that impacts the psycho-legal question at hand.
Spanish and Portuguese interpreters are available as needed throughout the evaluation process.
